有接站服務真是太好了，車子是大商務，司機師傅特別友好，開的也很平穩舒適。帶着孩子和父母一起出遊還是選擇套房方便，房間內會給一個飲料，水果，居然還有泡麪很有意思，服務真心不錯，每個工作人員都笑嘻嘻的很熱情，客房阿姨還會貼心的送眼罩一次性馬桶套。早餐我覺得性價比非常高了，味道也不錯。2點退房很友好，住了2天還有天給送了小米粥。設施雖然確實比較老舊了，淋浴房的擋水條都老化了，洗浴設備等有點破破的。衝著服務去的話我覺得還是比較推薦的。

房間非常大，空氣很好，超級大的床，主要是服務好，重要的説三遍，服務非常好～小朋友一入住就送幾個遊戲幣，可以玩把遊戲，還有漢服服務，不過我沒來得及體驗～不僅房間，連走廊裏都有滿桌的瓶裝水，方便大家出去遊覽時帶着，實現飲水自由，這在炎熱的夏天實在是太方便了。屋裡還有免費的方便麪和水果，方便深夜到達的住客。早餐很豐富，煎菜角很好吃。門口就是一號線地鐵，去哪裡玩都方便快捷。
前台也非常的專業熱情，郭曉丹女士温暖熱情，讓人印象深刻。完美的服務，超大的房間，超大的床，各種額外服務，還能免費送站，再加上400左右的價錢，這個絕對是來洛陽的首選。

酒店服務較好，免費升級了房間，礦泉水在樓層可按需自取（不像某些酒店僅免費提供2瓶，超出數量就要付費）。房間每天還提供免費啤酒、方便麪、水果、零食和飲料。酒店交通方便，地鐵就在樓下，酒店還提供高鐵站免費接送服務。可惜房間設施老舊，現在來看就是三星水平。總體來講還算滿意。
